Safety Inspector (Ref: SI)

職責

The successful candidate will inspect construction projects, give advice on safety improvements, monitor site safety performance of contractors, and liaise with project management teams and other consultant parties to enhance safety management. Conducting site safety training for technical staff is also part of this role.

  • Diploma / Certificate in Occupational Safety and Health or equivalent
  • Registered with the Hong Kong Labour Department as Safety Officer

The candidate will assist the Leasing Manager to perform day-to-day building management of the serviced apartment and oversee the apartment’s daily operation, maintenance and cleaning services. Duties also included handover / takeover services, follow up services on tenant requests, enquiries, service calls and/or complaints, and monitoring the progress of all daily repair and maintenance services.   • 4 years of real estate related experience, especially in hotel or serviced apartment
