Senior Systems Engineer

Business Technology Department

職責

Reporting to the System Manager, core responsibilities of this role are to manage, config and deploy servers .e.g. Window Servers , Active Directory, Office 365, VM ; to ensure the highest level of their availability. The successful candidate will perform installation, configuration, testing and maintaining operating systems, application software and system management tools. In addition, He/She will assist juniors on executing, monitoring, and completing all related Backup Operations issues. He/She will take part on planning, designing, and transforming environments from on-premises to cloud-based. The candidate will work closely with stakeholders to gather technical requirements, architect solutions and execute on deliverables.

  • Bachelor degree in Computer Science or related disciplines in IT operations and system integration
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience
  • In-depth knowledge and hands on experience in enterprise scale Windows technologies such as Server platforms, Exchange Environments, Active Directory, Office365 and VMware. Deep understanding of enterprise backup technologies is required
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, demanding environment

職責

The successful candidate will participate in all stages of business data collection, preparation and setup our data analytics platform. He/ She will assist the team lead in designing, building robust data analytics architecture and setting up standard and data pipelines. He/ She will also manage the data warehouse architecture and optimize the scalability and performance of the business, define and formulate analytics framework and measurement plans across different system areas and digital channels, as well as implement and deliver the end to end data pipeline for the whole big data analytics process. Other duties include analyzing business requirements and workflow to provide insight for optimization as well as collaborating with teams to identify opportunities to manage the data feeds from different systems.

The successful candidate will work with our business analyst in understanding business requirements to produce user experience flows and user interfaces for Sino’s applications.
