职责

The successful candidate will be responsible for the development and management of CRM strategy and loyalty plan to optimize member engagement and acquisition. Manager (IT Service) (Ref: M-ITS)

职责

The successful candidate will directly report to the Department Head of Business Technology. He / She will act as the prime escalation point of IT services to ensure all the incidents and problems are handled. He / She will also maintain a good knowledge base to review the process of agreed IT services on a regular basis and drive the continuous service improvement plan of the team. Other responsibilities include assisting teammates with the application of basic diagnostic techniques in identification of problems, investigation of causes, and recommendation for solutions, as well as working with other managers and BUs to build a culture of high performance, pro-activity, business co-operation, continuous improvement and service delivery.

职责

The successful candidate will report to the System Manager. As part of the Infrastructure Team, the candidate will assist manager in system designing, planning, implementation, support and monitoring of servers or systems. He/ she will also be responsible for system evaluation, benchmarking, architecture design, system setup, configuration, administration and performance tuning.
