Mr. Victor Tin Sio Un, aged 61, has been an Executive Director since July 2022. Mr. Tin joined the Company in 2002 and has been the Group Associate Director (Sales) of the Company since 2019. He is also a director of a number of subsidiaries and associates of the Company. Mr. Tin possesses over 30 years of experience in property sales and leasing management. He holds a Bachelor Degree in Business Administration from the University of Hawaii and a Master Degree in Business Administration from the California State University. Mr. Tin is a member of the Legal Sub Committee of The Real Estate Developers Association of Hong Kong, the Chairman of the Vocational Training Council Real Estate Services Training Board, and the Vice-Chairman (Business Prospect) of Business Prospect and Legislative Issues Committee of the Employers’ Federation of Hong Kong.
