The Fullerton Ocean Park Hotel Hong Kong has won Gold Awards in both the Best Hotel and Tourism Development and Best Green Development categories at the prestigious MIPIM Asia Awards 2022, while Landmark South has won Silver Award in the Best Office Development category.

Organised by MIPIM Asia, the region’s leading real estate platform, the annual MIPIM Asia Awards have been celebrating excellence and innovation among outstanding projects across the region since 2007.  

The Fullerton Ocean Park Hotel Hong Kong and Landmark South have been shortlisted from close to 100 entries from 10 Asian countries and territories by an independent jury comprising market experts.  The main criteria include the vision behind the project, originality, sustainable and architectural qualities, integration in its environment and impact on the community.  The gold, silver and bronze winners were then determined by voting by the jury and MIPIM community.
