Hong Kong Gold Coast Phase 2, The Hermitage and The Royal Oaks won the Platinum Award, Gold Award and Merit Award respectively at the Tree Management Award 2021. ​

The Tree Management Award is organised by International Society of Arboriculture (ISA) Hong Kong Chapter to recognise private residential properties that excel in tree management. The Award aims to raise awareness around tree preservation in the property management industry and encourage the industry to recognise the environmental benefits of trees. ​
