Assistant Manager, Sales Department
I am very proud to be one of the corporate management trainees of Sino Group because of the comprehensive training that I have received, the important responsibilities that I have taken, and the talented people whom I have been working with. After I joined Sino, we, all 2014 management trainees, have been through several special projects and have been united as a family with lots of joy and fun.
Our amazing journey started in July 2014 when we were immediate dispatched to the show flats of the Mayfair by the Sea and the Park Ivy, facilitating the sales operation of both projects. I am very glad that the top management has placed great deal of faith in management trainees by assigning such critical duties to us in the very first week since they see us as the future leaders of the company.
The complexity of property development and portfolio management is beyond measure that there are lessons to learn every day. During our attachments, we work closely with our supervisors and colleagues on the daily business operations while a senior executive is assigned to each MT as a mentor to provide management insights as well as advice for our career development.
As cultural conservation and revitalization is becoming increasingly important in Hong Kong, Sino has been dedicated herself in this area for many years. The Tai O Heritage Hotel and the Pottinger Hong Kong are the vivid examples of bringing cultural heritages back to life. There are thousands of ways to be socially responsible. For me, reviving cultural heritage by making it financially sustainable is very meaningful.
To be a good management trainee in Sino Group is challenging yet very exciting. You need to be passionate about your job and be proactive all the time. This is a great platform for you to unleash all your potential in the property industry. If you are interested, please don’t hesitate to apply for our MT program. I look forward to working with you in the near future.
