Responsibilities

Requirements

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will inspect construction projects, give advice on safety improvements, monitor site safety performance of contractors, and liaise with project management teams and other consultant parties to enhance safety management. Conducting site safety training for technical staff is also part of this role.

Requirements

  • Diploma / Certificate in Occupational Safety and Health or equivalent
  • Registered with the Hong Kong Labour Department as Safety Officer

The successful candidate will be required to check and monitor the progress of building sites, and ensure the quality of workmanship and materials of M/E installations. The position involves coordinating with architects, consultants and contractors to ensure the smooth implementation of contract requirements and ensure specifications adhere to the necessary standards. Ensuring compliance with quality control systems and company policy is also an important part of this role.
