Site Inspector (Ref: SI)

Development Division

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will carry out inspection to construction activities to monitor/ control site work progress and quality in accordance with contract requirement and specification.

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be required to check and monitor the progress of building sites, and ensure the quality of workmanship and materials of Building Services installations. The position involves coordinating with architects, consultants and contractors to ensure the smooth implementation of contract requirements and ensure specifications adhere to the necessary standards. Ensuring compliance with quality control systems and company policy is also an important part of this role.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Certificate holders in Building Services Engineering / Mechanical Engineering / Electrical Engineering or equivalent

Responsibilities

The candidate will assist the Leasing Manager to perform day-to-day building management of the serviced apartment and oversee the apartment’s daily operation, maintenance and cleaning services. Duties also included handover / takeover services, follow up services on tenant requests, enquiries, service calls and/or complaints, and monitoring the progress of all daily repair and maintenance services. He/ She will also be responsible for assisting Leasing Team on daily operations, providing administration support, preparing tenancy documents and handling incoming telephone calls and general enquiries.

  • 1-2 years of real estate related experience, especially in hotel or serviced apartment
