Senior Officer (CRM) (Ref: SO-CRM)

Corporate Marketing & Communications Department

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing marketing plans and support CRM programs of Sino Club. Responsibilities include managing of member acquisition and retention programmes,  handling of customer data, conducting marketing intelligence and surveys, in charge of segmentation & management reports with analysis as well as supporting member activities and promotions. He/ She will also work closely with various internal departments and also external business or technical vendors independently.

Requirements

  • Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Statistics or related disciplines
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing/ sales with reputable organizations
  • Background from FMCG and other service or retail industries with sizeable customer base  is highly regarded
  • Good interpersonal skills with strong data sense

Senior Leasing Officer / Leasing Officer (Retail) (Ref: SLO/LO-R)

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will report to the Leasing Manager and handle all retail leasing activities including new lettings, renewals, direct marketing, market research, budget preparation and tenancy administration. Further duties include preparing regular reports, managing files, coordinating premises takeover and handover, fitting-out, renovation management and handling enquiries and complaints.

The successful candidate will participate in all stages of software development life cycles. He / She will assist the team lead in designing and building robust web applications, effort estimation and documentation. As a senior software engineer, he / she will mentor junior team members on processing and engineering best practices. 

Requirements

  • Degree holder in Computer Science or related discipline
  • Grade 3 or above in English and Chinese from HKCEE or DSE or equivalent
  • Strong ability in web-based system development using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, AJAX, RESTful Web Services

Senior Systems Engineer

Business Technology Department

Responsibilities

Reporting to the System Manager, core responsibilities of this role are to manage, config and deploy servers .e.g. Window Servers , Active Directory, Office 365, VM ; to ensure the highest level of their availability. The successful candidate will perform installation, configuration, testing and maintaining operating systems, application software and system management tools. In addition, He/She will assist juniors on executing, monitoring, and completing all related Backup Operations issues. He/She will take part on planning, designing, and transforming environments from on-premises to cloud-based. The candidate will work closely with stakeholders to gather technical requirements, architect solutions and execute on deliverables.

Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in Computer Science or related disciplines in IT operations and system integration
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience
  • In-depth knowledge and hands on experience in enterprise scale Windows technologies such as Server platforms, Exchange Environments, Active Directory, Office365 and VMware. Deep understanding of enterprise backup technologies is required
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, demanding environment
  • MCSE or VCP will be highly desirable

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the Digital Marketing Manager to plan and implement digital marketing strategies for leasing department. He/ She will also assist in developing and managing various digital platforms to drive sales lead and enhance engagement, including but not limited to execute digital media plan through Display Ad, Search Marketing (SEM), Search Engine Optimization (SEO), social media and partnership. Marketing Officer – Malls Loyalty Program (Ref: O-MLP)

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be involved in planning and designing of Sino malls loyalty program initiatives towards the strategic goals and enhance sales performance of tenants as a whole. He/ She will also be helping to drive for the implementation of aggressive action plans, including but not limited to membership promotion, privileges, communication, partnership programs, etc. Further duties include: conduct analysis, perform data mining, translate the findings into meaningful strategic action plans, as well as forecast and evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns.
