Senior Building Services Engineer / Building Services Engineer (Ref: SBSE / BSE)

Development Division

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will handle projects independently from inception to final completion including project planning, negotiation with project design teams and relevant Government sectors. He/ she will also give advice on all contractual issues and M/E works, prepare budget for installations and monitoring work progress, check and assess variation and payment claims from sub-contractors, prepare the final account of sub-contractors and interact with project management and consultant teams.
 

Requirements

  • Degree in Building Services, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent
  • Corporate member of HKIE, CIBSE, IMechE preferred
  • Minimum 6 years of solid experience in handling M/E work in residential and commercial developments

Senior Systems Engineer

Reporting to the System Manager, core responsibilities of this role are to manage, config and deploy servers .e.g. Window Servers , Active Directory, Office 365, VM ; to ensure the highest level of their availability.
