Manager (Safety) (Ref: MS)

Development Division

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will inspect construction projects, give advice on safety improvements, monitor site safety performance of contractors, and liaise with project management teams and other consultant parties to enhance safety management. Conducting site safety training for technical staff is also part of this role.

Requirements

  • Degree or High Diploma holders in Occupational Safety, Civil Engineering or Building Construction
  • Member of the Institution of Occupational Safety and Health is an advantage
  • Registered with the Hong Kong Labor Department as Safety Officer and Safety Auditor
  • Minimum 10 years of post-registration experience related to construction of high-rise buildings
  • Solid experience with major building contractors or developers
  • Site-based work location

Responsibilities

Responsibilities of the role include procurement in compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements, implementation and execution of the Group’s compliance policies and procedures, preparation of agendas, minutes, statutory returns and other documents in compliance with laws and regulations in Hong Kong, Taiwan, and other jurisdictions, and participation in ad hoc projects when necessary.

Manager (Group Procurement)

Group Procurement and Administration

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for strategic management of tenders and contracts for non-trade Group procurement of Sino Land and Sino Group of Hotels, annual review of non-trade Group procurement potential which offers cost savings across the Group, and to ensure integrity and ethics are sustained throughout the purchasing process. He/ She will work closely with business units of the Group to deliver collaborative sourcing strategies so as to achieve cost reduction or increase efficiency, manage contractual relationships with vendors, establish and maintain effective supplier base control, and coordinate and participate in ad hoc projects as assigned.

Requirements

  • Degree in Purchasing and Supply or related disciplines

Manager (Risk Management) (Ref: M-RM)

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will work in the Risk Management Team and manage the Enterprise Risk Management operations for the Group. He / She will co-ordinate regular risk assessments (including update of risk registers) and internal-control self assessments and review the assessment results. He / She will also assist in preparing relevant reports and papers to Senior Management and the Audit Committee. Other duties include conducting consultancy reviews and research on specific risk or governance topics. He / She will also participate in ad-hoc projects as required.

Requirements

  • Degree holder in risk management, finance, accounting or relevant disciplines
  • Qualified FRM, CRMA, CPA, ACCA, CIA or equivalent
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in risk management, consultancy or external / internal auditing with accounting firm or reputable organizations
  • Experience in property development industry will be an advantage
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese. Proficiency in Putonghua is an advantage

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will support the formulation and implementation of corporate social responsibility (CSR) initiatives and community programmes.
