Assistant Manager (CRM)

Marketing & Corporate Communications Department

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the Manager on loyalty club management to optimize member engagement and recruitment.  He/ She will develop and implement recruitment or engagement campaigns and events through collaboration with various internal stakeholders.    He/ She will also be in charge of membership platform operations. Other duties include handling hotline, online and social media enquiries, set-up of guidelines and procedures as well as managing web and application platforms.

Requirements

  • Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications or related disciplines
  • Minimum 6-8 years of experience in CRM, loyalty or marketing
  • Excellent spoken and written communication in English, Mandarin and Cantonese
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Familiar with CRM software applications and App management is a plus
  • Strong organizing and analytical skills, sensitive to numbers
  • Good people skills, customer-centric and good business acumen

Senior Graphic Designer

Brand & Design Department

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will work according to the design direction from the senior members in the team in raising the overall design quality standards for the group. He/ She will assist in design exploration and be responsible for layout design and artwork production of corporate materials, prints, advertisements, catalogues, posters, simple eBanners and eDM, wall stickers, hoardings and signage, etc. Participating in defining the brief and specifications for various projects to internal and external services, he/she will also design and realize design solutions, on basis of the agreed project brief, with the business partners and in close consultation with other senior members. Further duties include maintaining and supporting the group in checking logo application of the Sino Group brand and the preparation and maintenance of relevant documentation.

Requirements

  • Diploma holder or above in Graphic Design or Visual Communication Design or related disciplines
  • Minimum 5 years of working experience in relevant field
  • Excellent in understanding & using a brand identity and translating into a range of marketing materials
  • Strong visual skills in answering a brief and having an interest and awareness in applying verbal skills/words in the design solutions
  • Able to work with a high level of independence
  • Knowledge in retouching of photos when needed
  • Proficiency in using Adobe Creative Cloud software, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and MS Office Applications

Senior Building Services Engineer / Building Services Engineer (Ref: SBSE / BSE)

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will handle projects independently from inception to final completion including project planning, negotiation with project design teams and relevant Government sectors. He/ she will also give advice on all contractual issues and M/E works, prepare budget for installations and monitoring work progress, check and assess variation and payment claims from sub-contractors, prepare the final account of sub-contractors and interact with project management and consultant teams.
 

Requirements

  • Degree in Building Services, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent
  • Corporate member of HKIE, CIBSE, IMechE preferred
  • Minimum 6 years of solid experience in handling M/E work in residential and commercial developments

The successful candidate will provide support in coordination of management trainee program, delivery of in-house training programs inclusive of staff orientation and customer service skills training.
