Assistant General Manager (Sales & Marketing) (Ref: AGM-SM)

Sales Department

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will work under the sales department responsible for planning and the implementation of sales and advertising campaign, preparation of marketing collaterals, event and media relation management.  He/She will also have the opportunity to assist in a series of integrated marketing campaigns for the diversified property portfolio of the Group. 

Requirements

  • University graduate in Business, Marketing, Communications or related discipline

Responsibilities

The successful applicant for this post will manage a reputable regional mall over 1-million square foot plus a portfolio of retail properties in sub-urban areas and provide full spectrum of quality leasing services including trademix planning, implementation of strategy and prospecting and tenancy administration. Promoting retail properties and acquiring branded tenants through business connections and associated marketing events are further duties. Requirements

  • University graduates or above

The successful candidate will contribute to devise the Group’s strategies and best practices for environmental sustainability and keep up to date the environmental policies and initiatives at the society level to guide relevant applications within the Group. The successful candidate will work in the Risk Management Team and assist in the development, implementation and maintenance of the Enterprise Risk Management Policy and Framework for the Group.
