Sino Group named Highest Fund Raising Corporate Team, and Executive Director of Sino Group Mr Daryl Ng clinches Chairman Invitational Race championship in MTR HK Race Walking 2010

(18/04/2010, Hong Kong)  Sino Group has supported the MTR HK Race Walking for the sixth consecutive year. This year Mr Daryl Ng, Executive Director of Sino Group once again took up the challenge of the 'MTR Chairman Invitational Race' and took the championship. The Group was also named 'Highest Fund Raising Corporate Teams' this year for its efforts in supporting the Hospital Authority Health InfoWorld's work in disease prevention and health education. Over the years the Group has encouraged staff to join in this healthy charitable sports event. This year the Group sponsored a four-member corporate relay team to compete in the ‘Corporate Team Challenge Race’. To better prepare for the race, the team undertook intensive training to strengthen their teamwork and race walking skills. Finally they successfully completed the race in a good time of two minutes and seven seconds. Sino corporate race walkers were inspired by an enthusiastic 15-member cheer team dressed in creative cowboy and cowgirl outfits who chanted stirring slogans and demonstrated strong team spirit. The involvement and cooperation of everyone who participated contributed to the success of the event. ~End~
