Sino Group was recognized with the 2009/10 'Award of Distinction' by The Community Chest. During the past year, the Group has been actively participating in various Chest's fundraising activities, including the 'Run-up Two ifc Charity Race', 'New Territories Walk for Millions - Stonecutters Bridge' and 'The Community Chest BOCHK Charity Golf Day'. The Group also raised funds for the Chest through the Shore – International Literary and Visual Art Exhibition cum Charity Sale organised by its 'Art in Hong Kong' programme.
 
In recognition of the outstanding performance of its management in corporate governance, Sino Group has been honoured with the 'Corporate Governance Asia Awards 2010' by leading financial magazine Corporate Governance Asia four years in a row. This reveals the high regard in which international financial circles hold the Group's standards of governance. The awards were only given to those companies that demonstrated excellence in corporate governance during the past 12 months.
 
In recognition of an enduring commitment and outstanding achievements in manpower training and development, and in promoting a learning culture within the organisation, Sino Group has been awarded the "Manpower Developer 1st (MD1st)" title and logo by the Employees Retraining Board (ERB).

The "ERB Manpower Developer Award Scheme" is the first award scheme in Hong Kong to assess the manpower development strategies and practices of organizations, and recognize and support employers who strive to provide manpower training for their employees.
 
Sino Property Services has been named one of the Top Hong Kong Service Brands in the 2009 Hong Kong Top Service Brand Awards. Organised by the Hong Kong Brand Development Council and the Chinese Manufacturers' Association of Hong Kong, the awards recognise outstanding service brands established by Hong Kong companies.
 
Sino Property Services was awarded the Asia Responsible Entrepreneurship Award in Green Leadership in recognition of its commitment to promoting environmentally-related education. 
 
Sino Land has been named 'Best Residential Developer in Hong Kong' in the Real Estate Poll 2009 conducted by international magazine, Euromoney. The accolade recognises the company's achievements in delivering high-quality and innovative residential projects in Hong Kong's competitive market.

 
In recognition of its contribution to the development of the arts in Hong Kong, Sino Group's 'Art in Hong Kong' programme has been awarded by The Hong Kong Arts Development Council the annual 'Award for Arts Sponsorship' for the second consecutive year and 'Award for Arts Promotion' for the first time.
In recognition of our top quality services and outstanding management, Sino Land Company Limited became one of 33 winners to receive the Hong Kong Outstanding Enterprises Parade 2008 award from the Economic Digest. This award applauds companies for outstanding performances in growing their businesses, extraordinary corporate governance and popularity among shareholders. This year's winners come from all sectors, including real estate, retail and finance.
Sino Group developments, Citywalk and Vision City, win an Award of Merit in the HKILA Landscape Design Award 2008 - Landscape Design Project organised by The Hong Kong Institute of Landscape Architects.
Sino Group clinches three gold awards in the Best Landscape Award 2008. Among the accolades, Vision City and Mount Beacon win the Gold Award in the Soft Landscape Design Award, while Ville de Cascade receives the Gold Award in the Horticultural Maintenance Award.
Sino Group's residential project, Vision City, wins The Best Property Sales Brochure Award, Top Five Clubhouse Facilities Award, Top Ten Property Marketing Award and Top Ten Property Layouts Award from The Hong Kong Institute of Surveyors. The Royal Oaks, wins Top Ten Property Layouts Award.
 
Sino Group's residential and commercial project, Vision City and Citywalk, was rated Platinum by the Hong Kong Building Environmental Assessment Method Society (HK-BEAM Society) for its eleven distinctive green features and designs including the Vertical Garden, Open Piazza, the hybrid water and air-cooled air-conditioning system and more.
 
The remodelled Royal Pacific Hotel and Towers hotel wing lobby, business centre and premier lounge won the IC@ward for interiors design in recognition of its outstanding new interiors. The design competition was hosted by the International Council of Interior Architects / Designers (ICIAD) and co-organised by the Media and Design Faculty of Shanghai JiaoTong University. The judging panel was made up of renowned international architects, designers and experts from commercial and academic fields. Criteria for winning designs included innovation, function and aesthetics. The award affirms Royal Pacific's stylish image.
 
Conducted by Euromoney, Sino Land achieved top positions in various categories in the 2006 Asia's Best Managed Company Poll, including the No. 1 Most Improved Best Managed Company in Asia, No.3 Best Managed Company in Hong Kong, No. 5 Best Managed Property Company in Asia and Top Ten Best Managed Company Overall.
 
The Sino Group together with Sino Group of Hotels and Sino Estates Management Limited (SEML) won the 2005 Gold and Silver Web Care Awards presented by Internet Professional Association for creating barrier-free corporate websites to serve different communities. It was the first time for a property developer and a hotel operator in Hong Kong to win the Gold Award, respectively. SEML won the Silver Award.
 
Sino Group and its two affiliates, Sino Estates Management Ltd (SEML) and Sino Hotels (Holdings) Ltd have been awarded the 5 Years Plus Caring Company Logo by the Hong Kong Council of Social Service for 5 consecutive year since 2003.
 
Sino Land was named the 'Overall Most Improved Company for Best-Management Practices 2004' in the Best Managed Company poll of Asiamoney 2004.
 
Sunny Development Limited's proposal for the West Kowloon Cultural District won the 2004 Award of Commendation in the Masterplanning category at the Cityscape Architectural Review Awards in Dubai.
The Fullerton Square and Park Avenue were awarded Winner of Prix d' Excellence (Leisure category) and a Highly Commended Award of Prix d'Excellence (Residential Property category), respectively, at the 54th FIABCI World Congress in May, 2003.
