Property Trainee Programme
Since 1979, the Property Management Department has provided comprehensive professional property management services for the Sino Group's quality properties. The department is made up of six member companies carrying out property management, security, cleaning, maintenance, car park management and clubhouse management, as well as providing consultancy and accounting service support. In-service staff training courses have been a regular feature of the department's work since 1995, enabling it to remain competitive in a market increasingly oriented towards service.
What is Property Trainee Programme?
To live up to one of our core values of providing total customer satisfaction, we bring in dynamic individuals with the energy to make a difference to provide building management and maintenance services to our valued customers. They will be required to perform day-to-day building inspection, liaise with tenants, monitor the maintenance, security and cleanliness of the properties. Enabling our trainees to succeed in their career, we provide training in the following property management skills within their first year of employment:

Requirements
To join our property management team, you should:
- have the right of permanent residency in Hong Kong
- hold a university degree/ higher diploma in relevant discipline
- enjoy working with people and have good interpersonal skills
- have a good command of English and Chinese
- demonstrate potential to be developed as future team leaders
Apart from fresh graduates, we also welcome applicants with not more than 2 years of full-time working experience to apply for our Property Trainee positions.
