Responsibilities

Reporting to the Assistant General Manager (Corporate Communications), the successful candidate will support the day-to-day operations of the Corporate Communications Department, with a strong focus on fostering and deepening relationships with customers to enhance the ‘Sino Experience’.  The role entails executing sustainability initiatives, formulating plans, settling issues and handling customer requests and enquiries to support the Group’s branding.

Requirements

The successful candidate will be responsible for formulating strategies and implementing plans to fuel the continuous infrastructure development of CRM system and platform of Sino Group. Internal Audit Manager (Ref: IAM)

Internal Audit Department

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a small team to conduct risk-based audits on local and overseas operations of the Group, preparing internal audit reports with findings and recommendations for improvement, and handling ad hoc assignments. The successful candidate will also assist in the development of risk management policies and procedures, and implementation of the enterprise risk management framework and processes.

Requirements

  • Degree holder, major in accounting, finance, auditing or relevant disciplines
  • Qualified CPA, ACCA, CIA or equivalent
  • Minimum 8 years' experience in external and internal auditing with sizable company or accounting firm; experience in property development industry is preferred

Manager / Assistant Manager (Leasing) - Retail

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of quality retail properties and lease marketing of new projects and renovated shopping mall. He/ She will assist the senior manager to lead the leasing team to work on new letting, renewals, direct marketing, market research, budget preparation and tenancy administration for shopping malls and retail properties. Further duties include managing day-to-day business operations and strategic planning of trade-mix, co-ordination of takeover and handover of premises, management of fitting-out works and renovation works, co-ordination with related parties on property management, monitoring of rates administration and ad hoc duties. The incumbent will also explore new clients through business connections and marketing events.

Requirements

  • University degree or related professional qualifications
