Senior Manager (Sales)

Sales Department

Responsibilities

Reporting to the Head of Department, the successful candidate will be responsible for general sales operations, promotion and sale of Hong Kong residential properties. He/She will assist in the formulation and implementation of sales and marketing strategies; preparation of master pricing, pricing schemes, payment plans; and flat mix/development schemes for the sale of government land. Further duties include liaison with property agents to achieve sales target, conducting market studies & analysis on property industry, and supervising the Operation Team.

Requirements

  • Degree holder or above in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate Studies, Surveying or equivalent
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in sales & marketing of residential properties, solid experience in property developer highly preferred
  • Familiar with First-Hand Sales Ordinance
  • Solid leadership and sales management skills
  • Self-motivated, organized, results-driven with a strong track record in sales/business development
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese including Putonghua

The successful candidate will be responsible for a variety of in-house design projects for shopping malls, commercial and residential buildings, including environmental graphics, directory, signage and leaflets. He / She will work independently from design concept to completion with the given briefs and liaise with related business units. Responsibilities

The position involves coordinating the selection of building materials and interior finishing products with project management teams, preparing material specifications and recommendation reports, evaluating sources, negotiating prices, and ensuring orders are delivered. Researching materials and daily administration are also part of this role.
