Senior Project Manager/ Project Manager (Residential Project) (Ref: SPM/PM)

Responsibilities

IT Manager (System)

Business Technology Department

Responsibilities

Reporting to the Head of Business Technology Department, the successful candidate will manage daily operation on system administration, as well as effectively support and maintain the availability and performance of virtual farm and cloud environment. Further duties include ensuring the escalation process from teams are followed up in a timely manner, evaluating change requests for any impacts and conflicts in resources, performing knowledge transfer and handling IT projects assigned.

Requirements

  • Degree in Information Technology or equivalent
  • Holder of MCSE, PMP, ITIL v3 preferred
  • Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in managing and configuring enterprise-wide system platform, LANS, WANs, WLANS, VPNs, with at least 3 years of managerial experience

IT Manager (Security)

Responsibilities

Reporting to the Head of Business Technology Department, the successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical insights to facilitate system design and solution development according to IT security requirements and industrial security standards. He/She will also identify potential security weaknesses, recommend improvements to manage and amend vulnerabilities, monitor the patch management process, as well as implement and document changes. Further duties include providing expertise in the area of system hardening, monitoring and log filtering, and keeping abreast of the latest cyber security threat landscape with the evaluation of potential impacts.

Requirements

  • Holder of CISSP/CISA/CISM or relevant professional certification preferred
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in IT security and risk management area, with at least 3 years of managerial experience

Requirements

  • Minimum 10 years of solid experience in loyalty marketing, business development, brand management, project management, CRM, loyalty programme and alliances, partnership marketing with a sizeable organization, at least 5 years of which in CRM or loyalty programme marketing capacity

Internal Audit Manager (Ref: IAM)

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a small team to conduct risk-based audits on local and overseas operations of the Group, preparing internal audit reports with findings and recommendations for improvement, and handling ad hoc audit assignments.

Requirements

  • Degree holder, major in accounting, finance, auditing or relevant disciplines
  • Qualified CPA, ACCA, CIA or equivalent
  • Minimum 8 years' experience in external and internal auditing with sizable company or accounting firm; experience in property development industry is preferred

This position revolves around managing a portfolio of quality investment properties with the aim of achieving promising results. The successful candidates will assist the senior manager to lead the leasing team to work on new letting, renewals, direct marketing, market research, budget preparation and tenancy administration.   • University graduate or related professional qualifications

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will lead a team of Building Services staffs to independently handle projects from inception to completion including negotiating with local utilities companies, relevant Government departments and design team members and contractors. Duties include advising on all contractual issues and M/E work, preparing budgets for M/E installations, monitoring the progress of M/E work, checking and assessing variation claims and payment claims from sub-contractors, and preparing final accounts for M/E sub-contractors.

  • Bachelor Degree in Building Services Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
